Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Prophecy Digital S.A. ("Prophecy", "we", "us"), a company registered in [country] at [registered address]. They cover the Prophecy website, the arena and everything you do there (together, "Prophecy"). By using Prophecy, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Prophecy.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. Prophecy isn't offered where it isn't allowed, and you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. The public beta

Prophecy is in public beta. During the beta you play with test money: tokens on a test network that have no value. Test money can't be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of value. We may reset test balances, and we may change, pause or end any part of the beta at any time.

Real money isn't offered yet. If we offer it, it will be under updated terms and only where it's allowed.

3. How a game works

  • You pick a side. Before you're in, you see what a win pays.
  • Your payout locks the moment you're in. Nothing that happens next changes it.
  • Recorded prices decide the result, under the rules published for that game.
  • Too close to call? Every ticket is refunded in full, fee included.
  • If a race can't be decided properly, for example because a price source fails, we call it off and refund every ticket in full.
  • A losing ticket pays nothing.
  • Every race has a receipt you can check. Our records of entries, results and payouts decide.

4. Your account

One person, one account. Keep your sign-in secure: you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other players or Prophecy at risk, or where the law requires it.

5. Your wallet

When you sign in, a Prophecy wallet is made for you through our sign-in provider. You can also link a wallet of your own. Transactions on a blockchain are public and can't be undone, so check before you confirm.

6. Referrals and points

Friends you bring can earn you points under the rules shown in the app. Points have no cash value. They can't be sold, swapped, transferred or cashed out. We may change or end the program, and we may adjust or take back points, for example when a friend doesn't qualify, when friends share a device with you, or when we see abuse. Nothing in these terms promises that points will ever have value.

7. Play fair

Don't:

  • use bots, scripts or anything that plays for you;
  • run more than one account, or play for someone else;
  • work with others to cheat, or try to manipulate prices or results;
  • exploit bugs, or try to break, overload or get into parts of Prophecy you shouldn't;
  • copy or scrape Prophecy.

If you do, we may call off results that were affected, take back points or rewards, and suspend or close accounts.

8. Tables and chat

Every race has a table where players can chat. Keep it decent: nothing illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing, no spam, and no sharing anyone's private information. We may hide messages, mute players and suspend accounts. You keep what you write, and you let us show it, and your handle, inside Prophecy.

9. What other players can see

Your handle, avatar, the socials you choose to add, your results, your stakes, your standings and your table messages can be seen by other players. Your email is never shown to other players. See our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Our stuff

Prophecy, its name, its look, its software and its content belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use Prophecy to play. You may not copy, sell or build on it without our written permission.

11. Other services

Prophecy relies on other services: price data sources, our sign-in and wallet provider, hosting and blockchain networks. We aren't responsible for their failures, but if one stops a race from being decided properly, the race is called off and refunded as set out above.

12. No guarantees

Prophecy is a beta and is provided as is. It may have bugs, be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to Prophecy is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app about changes that matter. If you keep using Prophecy after a change, the new terms apply.

15. Ending

You can stop using Prophecy at any time. To close your account, email us. We may suspend or end your access as set out in these terms. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, like sections 10 to 13 and 16, still apply after that.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Any dispute goes to the courts of [city, country], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
